OLG recently partnered with Workspace360 on an exciting refurb project for Greater Western Waters (GWW) Sunbury Depot in Victoria.
The project’s cornerstone was expanding the existing shed area by an additional 200m², culminating in a generous 320m² space. This expansion meant GWW could accommodate the addition of bathrooms, eight new work points, and an expansive training area on one level.
Central to the fit-out were our signature products, carefully chosen to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal. The training space was equipped with our custom-ordered Modulus boardroom table and the ergonomically designed Balance Task chairs. To address acoustics in the open-plan design, we introduced our Acoustiq wall cladding in Marble Grey, which can be easily applied using TensorGrip® X40 adhesive spray. This addition enhanced the acoustic quality and contributed to the space’s visual appeal.
Our Trestle Barleaner, featuring a sleek black frame, new oak tabletop, and strategically placed planter boxes, created a flexible and relaxed environment in the breakout area.
The kitchen featured our Trestle bar leaner and Ecosystem coffee table, mirroring the breakout area’s black frames and new oak tops to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
As well as supporting Workspace360 with our product knowledge, our design team provided detailed renders to showcase the envisioned colour scheme and layout. These visual tools played a pivotal role in finalising a design that met GWW’s aspirations, with the project reaching completion in under three months.
The outcome? A beautifully transformed office fit-out, delivered on schedule to a delighted GWW team. The feedback we’ve received has been very positive, particularly for our acoustics that allow for effortless collaboration without hindering focused work.
At OLG, this project is a testament to our dedication to providing credible and expert solutions custom-tailored to our customer’s unique needs through effective partnership and innovative design.
