In collaboration with Workspace360, OLG is thrilled to be a part of the office fit-out project for CPP Wind Engineering in St Peters, NSW. The new office space was designed to support CPP’s business growth, adding 540m2 to their existing 300m2 office and warehousing.
The goal was to design a layout that maximised floor space and created distinct zones catering to various working styles. The layout included 36 open-plan work points equipped with electric sit-stand desks, extensive storage, and model display units to showcase wind tunnel models. Further enhancing the workspace were 12 hot desks/collaborative bench spaces, a 10-seater meeting room, a casual lounge-style meeting room for 10, and 3 booths accommodating 4-6 people each.
The aesthetics were carefully considered, featuring a calming, warm, neutral colour palette of whites, greys, and blacks, complemented by timber acoustic treatments and natural greenery.
To help CPP visualise their new space, OLG assisted Workspace360 in providing detailed renders during the design stage. These visual aids were crucial in finalising the colour scheme, finishes, and layout.
Key OLG products featured in this project included:
